Case Management Services – As an integral part of the homeless program, we provide case management services to every customer.  This service component is designed to help steer unengaged customers to establish goals that will help them be more productive and eliminate the chilling effects of homelessness.  Every customer routinely meets with their case manager to establish a case plan that is unique to their current situation.
